These terms and conditions govern your use of the Prestige Stoneworks website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or causes damage to the site or its availability.

Quotations and orders

All quotations issued by Prestige Stoneworks are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information supplied to us at the time and may be revised if the scope of work changes, if site conditions differ from those described, or if material costs change materially.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required to confirm your order and secure a manufacturing slot. The balance is payable on completion of the installation unless a different schedule has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer.

Templating and installation

Final measurements are taken by our templater on site. You are responsible for ensuring that the substrate (units, cabinets, or supporting structure) is level, secure, and ready for templating on the agreed date. Any delays caused by site readiness may incur additional charges.

Natural materials

Natural stone products contain variation in colour, veining, and pattern. Samples and images provide an indication only; the finished piece will not be identical. This variation is part of the character of natural stone and is not considered a defect.

Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation, covering defects arising from our manufacture or installation. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
